Today my grandparents talked about my mother. I said more than I should have, I think. Since my dad died, I've become more aware of my mom and what she does, and it's not pretty, let's say. OMG it's so hot for no reason at all. I'm sweating all the time and it sucks when I have to wake up for work. Get showered, dressed, walk to station, sweat, get into work all nasty, stand for 8 hours tomorrow, and go home at 10. It's going to be torturous. I work five hour shifts, 8.25 the hour, as a cashier. Basically, I look pretty and ring stuff up, page departments for price checks, help people in finding more stores in the area, etc. I like it. My brother went to a bar with a friend he hasn't seen for months, and as usual, he's taking his sweet time to get ready. I hear a car beeping out front, and my bro says "It can't be him.
